      Pros

      Lots of 1-on-1 time with knowledgable programmers. The employees are all friendly and welcoming. My final project felt like it was a real contribution and not overly contrived.

      Cons

      The technology stack at the time (at least for the web) was PHP which to some may be a con.

      Great company, great benefits. Genuinely good people. I don't feel like a 'number' here.

      It's an adjustment coming from a large corporate job, but trust me, it's worth it.

      Great benefits, great coworkers (personality-wise), solid foundations for a positive work culture

      Cons

      Uses incredibly outdated tech, extremely rigid development philosophies, poor upper management, rampant nepotism, blatant favoritism, basically no career advancement potential
