What a great company! This company is emerging from the startup phase and becoming a young company. Great product that will be disruptive in the Infusion therapy market. Awesome culture! The company maintains a very open and transparent workplace. A great culture that creates a "can do" attitude among all employees. When deadlines are approaching, all will pitch-in regardless of 'traditional' roles to ensure success. The trust management has in their employees is rewarded by commitment from them. Competitive salaries and benefit packages. The open vacation policy is a very tangible example of the trust management has in their employees. Great people: There are no prima donna's here! Everyone is so friendly and collaborative. All are focused on success and there is a true feeling of team here. Prospective candidate selection is as much about cultural fit as it is about hard skills. Much effort is spent on ensuring a happy, collaborative and productive work environment. Activities range from company events to Thirsty Thursday's to weekly company meetings where all are informed about what is going on both inside and outside of the building.
