      Pros

      The technology has potential leveraging inter loud technology

      Cons

      The leadership is lack luster at best. Corporate headquarters in AZ is preventing this company to grow. They have burned through 14 million dollars in the last few years with very little to show investors with the exception of an acquisition in Twaiwan and technology that they have no idea how to leverage in the United States. 80 percent of the sales are in Twaiwan and yet most of the resources are in AZ wasting time and money. Is Iveda a technology company or just an integrator? Do your homework before you waste your time and money with this company.

      Pros

      Iveda is growing a strong team at HQ in Mesa, AZ with the right synergy. Co-workers are not only competent, but talented and ready to help move projects forward. Communication and transparency from C-Suite executives is top-notch. CEO is willing to share his knowledge and help you grow as an individual. Pay is good. There is flexibility to work from home when needed. There is opportunity for travel and international communication.

      Cons

      Benefits package could be stronger - There is no 401K. Due to the growth phase of the company, there is a lot of work to be done - If you like to go at your own pace, this isn't for you.

      - Flexible scheduling - Paid classes for development - Leadership helps tailor a plan to reach desired goals - Open and honest communication - CEO has open door policy - Stock options

      Cons

      - If you love the traditional corporate structure you probably won't like it at Iveda, we are a tight knit group and each of us wears many hats. This keeps it fun and collaborative!
