      Pros

      Decent benefits, Can work remotely.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and communication between teams is non-existent. High churn of ELT and CEOs as they chase the whims of the Private Equity Group ownership. They push a lot of work to India being it contractors or employees. Contractors do not get the work done and sometimes the employees neither. Be prepared to redo the same work multiple times.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
