Pros
Hard working individuals are rewarded with career advancement and better opportunities. If you're the type of individual that expects to advance in your career based solely on your tenure then this is not the place for you. Middle and upper management seem to be getting more in line with their overall vision and strategy to make the support teams stronger technically and more efficient. This was lacking heavily in the past. The people here are great to work with. There is a real work hard play hard culture in place. It's not unusual to see drift trikes and clown bikes as modes of transportation around the office. Suggestions for improving processes and the product are always heard and considered from every individual no matter their job title. Your opinion is valued and they actively seek out your feedback. LANDESK invests in their employees so long as the employee is willing to put in the effort and intrinsic motivation to improve their skill set.
Cons
The on-boarding / training process is challenging to navigate. I know they are working on improving this but it needs to happen sooner than later with the recent growth.
