      Pros

      The salary levels are good and can probably pay match or outpay competitors. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      No direction after acquisition. People who knew the code base and internal details are all gone. So new comers have to discover and work with old legacy code leading to lots of confusion The basic infra is lacking and huge turnaround for build/test cycle.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
