      Pros

      None that I can think of at this time.

      Cons

      This company had another round of layoffs. They have a ton of products and they don't manage them well. The management is so focused on getting a good rating by moving to SaaS that they are leaving their top revenue-generating product in an alley to die. You would think that if the shareholders were getting the correct information they would demand to get new management.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
