Great place to work with awesome benefits and co-workers. Executive team cares about their employees and is transparent. It is a fast pace work environment, but lucky to work for a great team. The company is growing and is an exciting time.

Cons

Always a lot of change, but that is the norm these days.

A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.
