      Pros

      Good software. Not great but good enough.

      Cons

      No MAC support and none coming! Only worried about how big they can make the company not about the products or people. VP and above only concerned with how they can get rich. Good old boy network. If you are in it you will be rewarded. If you are not, you will pay a big price. Will stab you to get what they want for the people in the network.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
