      Pros

      Enthusiastic, supportive and encouraging senior manager in Galway Diverse, skilled workforce who want to succeed and are willing to support and share Results achieved with a lot of fun along the way, Benefits are good. Success rewarded. Good products, though they need significant investment. Opportunities provided to encourage growth.

      Cons

      Growth to expansion leading to fragmented organisation. Strategy changing frequently so sales and engineering are impacted. Site lay offs poorly handled.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
