Pros
I became closer with the woman I signed up under. We knew each other in college but weren't close, we became close during and after our time with It Works.
Cons
Where to start? Generally, the MLM attitude is incredibly toxic: you should never be "always working" and "working from anywhere" isn't a positive when you're guilted about not being successful enough. I could go on for ages, but either you know exactly what I'm talking about or you've drank the kool-aid and think I'm an idiot.
