Pros
When I first started we had a different CEO, he treated us with respect and the workplace was a friendly environment to come to everyday. The office is cute and easy to access via public transportation.
Cons
The new CEO does not respect his workers. He treats the workers like they are all soldiers in the army and he is their commander. We must listen to every one of his commands or he will have a raging screaming match with us. He is politically incorrect and says offensive , demeaning statements. If there is a disagreement with him, he throws a tantrum. It's his way or the highway, and therefore about 1/2 of the workers have quit or are leaving.
