      well, theres was tremendous change in the hole company management, including the CEO where leaded the company to growth and development.

      Pros

      good for Asians as company is full of one nationality.

      Cons

      No or bad appraisals. No increments. There is a culture of overtime and over work there which is unfortunately encouraged by the departments and the management. A lot of experiences and great talent left job due to the worst work environments.
