Extremely low wages for the work they want you to do. They had me on minimum wage taking care of 2 websites, social media and doing translations. Not to mention the EXTRA hours and the fact that you had to be always available in case something happened (got to the point of being on vacation connected for meetings). Middle and high management are extremely toxic and if you don't get into the "big family always available and ready to help even if it isn't part of job" mentality you're most likely to get fired. Not worth it at all.
