Pros
Beware! As a "glass half full" person, I'm disappointed that I can't come up with any pros to working here but it's truly just that bad. Aside from meeting a few hard-working, great people while working at irth Solutions, there are zero pros. Zero.
Cons
EXTREMELY inflated first year income expectations in sales (off by literally $100,000). Absolutely no focus on collaboration or culture within the business which leads to a "morgue-like" atmosphere within the office. "Boiler Room" style sales environment with extremely old-school mindset. TERRIBLE management that seems to thrive on making employees miserable. Complete lack of interest when it comes to employee development and retention. Revolving door when it comes to a sales staff with a feeling of always looking over your shoulder wondering when you'll be randomly fired. Just plain terrible. Beware.
