Currently, I'm helping another team with some projects over the summer and learning a lot. + Fantastic people. Truly! I actually enjoy joining meetings because I genuinely enjoy people's company. + Great benefits (100% health care covered for employee and 75% covered for dependents. This was a HUGE reason I decided to join). + Incredibly flexible. As a working mom, I was unable to find a consistent babysitter for the first few months of work (we had just moved). Sometimes my baby joins meetings, and everyone is so gracious! + The company is very stable. There are so many layoffs happening right now in the tech space but we haven't done that. We're a leader in Legal Tech and that makes me feel pretty confident in my job security.
