There are some good/fun people that work (actually do their job) at IP. Interacting with these folks is the only positive aspect of being employed by this company

just a few: Top heavy sales force & management team- both with unrealistic expectations of Operational support As alluded to in previous posts, the Executive team is pulling out all stops for an IPO and workload has increased exponentially w/o adequate support or compensation Tech is outdated even for this company operating in a non-tech industry. for example, customers still have to call in to pay with a credit card after sitting on hold for an agent Customer support is understaffed and mis-managed Ok company to begin career with, look elsewhere if you wish to build a career
