      Job security for now until privatisation.

      Cons

      No accountability from management. No real leadership. No direction. Only overpaid management staff looking out for themselves . Continuing to outsource more and more to contractors. Under staffed on the ground.

      The people are fantastic to work with. Mostly a great atmosphere in every location. Work-life balance and activities. Space to move up (but it will take time). Versatile career paths. Offices around the country. Affordable canteen options.

      Cons

      Barriers to entry for employment Political and social decisions interrupt tactical day-to-day workflows. From a comms perspective, the work can be repetitive/mundane. Low starting salary
