SOMETIMES big client exposure and interesting projects.
Cons
Low salaries and bad leadership in LATAM. The whole thing feels like 100 years old in terms of culture, and processes. HR launched a tree of gratitude (imagine a print of a tree stuck to a wall) where employees had to stick Post-its with what they were grateful for. So far, so good, until they said, "I hope this helps minimize complaints and we'll be more grateful." So yeah, is that kind of paternizing nightmare.
