Pros
* It's a paycheck. * A decent place to start your market research career but don't stay too long or else you'll end up hating your life.
Cons
* Little support from my manager. Instead of giving support, my manager is constantly rude and passive aggressive with me. * Too many rules * Horrible work-life balance. This should be a standard 9am-5pm job but upper management doesn't agree * Too many unnecessary meetings/sessions. Town Halls are painful to sit through. * I don't get paid enough. * Health insurance is horrible. With all the cons, it's not surprising that this company has such a high turnover rate.
