The vision of the company is very clear, that allows all people and temas to execute with clarity. The leadership of the company is very experienced on what they do and incredibly smart, literally on every meeting and interaction there is always something exiting to learn.
The company has a strong focus on people but they are also very serios about delivering results. Its really a unique culture.
Cons
Perhaps that despite the solid experience of the founders and leadership team, the company is still at an early stage. If things keep moving as I have seen, I think this will a best place to work in a couple of years.
