Where to start- incredibly understaffed- management doesn't care- uses employees to plug in the holes- Expected to work in area's outside your job description- The pervasive attitude of upper management is- "there's the door if you don't like it"- Actually said- Management can put you anywhere we want- Morale is awful- Everyone I know is looking for another job,
