      Pros

      very nice salary/benefit package for overseas contracts. Management back stateside was very open and personable, I never felt uncomfortable reaching out. The life of a contractor is very unique and working for this company was overall a very good experience

      Cons

      vaccine requirement. Personally lost a job/signed contract agreement days before I was supposed to report for work without any wording or direction about specific vaccination requirements within the contract.

      Pros

      The company has GREAT benefits. Most contracting companies overseas will not include most of what INVICTUS provides. Management is very transparent in every aspect and always readily available.

      Cons

      It is a contract, so be aware of the possibility of losing funding and possibly your position.
