- Husband & wife duo that can't seem to agree on anything especially on calls; v demotivating - Management has no idea what their objectives are. One week it's this. Another week it's that. - Very short-term thinking. Hire aggressively beyond their means and retrench staff because of poor expansion planning. They cut a whole bunch of staff less than 2 months after they hired them. C'mon, be more professional - Questionable employment practices on one particular individual they hired which may land them into trouble with MOM - CEO is a smooth talker but not a doer; obsessed with multiple calls a day that get in the way of more important things like getting sales! Insist internal calls are more important than meetings with potential partners/clients when the company hasn't even earned a cent in revenue this year
