Cons
Management is 100% unqualified. After working 2-3 months of constant unpaid overtime, they actually gave us cash in unmarked envelopes (like $100) to thank us for the hard work. It's the most condescending individuals I've ever worked with, you will never get a raise or even a chance to review your professional progress or goals. To the point where you have a hard time believing no one stands up and says "is this really a good idea?" That's what bothers me about the fake positive reviews on here too - they're not even believable. It doesn't seem like anyone's smart enough to even write a fake one that could pass for real.. CEO is surrounded by yes men, the people who did challenge him/management on poor decision making have left. This company solely exists to line the pockets of the CEO and exec team. Anyone else is disposable and they make sure you know that. I wanted to barf every time they called us a "family". If you complain about working crazy hours management threaten you by bringing up the CEO's name. It's a highly dysfunctional environment. Honestly I do wish the best for the company but the fact that the management can sleep at night knowing they treat their coworkers like dirt is strange to me.
