      Pros

      Work/life balance, lots of nice people, beautiful office, good gym discounts (while they were open)

      Cons

      Disorganized structure, unstable employment, lack of support from management, issues with internal systems causing roadblocks in getting work done, comp is lower than industry, health insurance is awful
