But your fate will be decided by the local managers who even does not know what you are working on. As long as you obey and salute them you will be promoted and rewarded. Some leads even does not have basic knowledge of what they are working. This is the place for persons who want to relax and enjoy the facilities (Gim, indoor sports, free snacks etc.,) It is not the place for learning new technologies.
