Good (not excellent) compensation package. Great coworkers and team spirit.
Cons
Several incompetent managers, even at the board. Although there is a code of conduct, some of them even don't flinch from mobbing to cover their own incompetence. Becoming a team leader or manager is not an matter of technical and leadership skills rather than an arbitrary act. It's more important where you live, from who you are and if you have a protégé. Being a former employee of T-Systems or IBM is an additional advantage.
