Pros
Very rare combination of benefits during normal economic times (pandemic has been an exception) 401K match, unlimited PTO, parental leave, health, vision, dental and life, etc. This is a place that truly does care about it's employees. They are also very trusting of highly motivated individuals to practice new ideas that may benefit the company at large.
Cons
Unclear about what the business's value proposition is, so we often found ourselves stuck in the race to the bottom competing for clients, Meaning every project is a race against tight deadlines, and tight margins, leading to burnout and little room to breathe or consider how to do things differently
