Non-diverse, overtly sexist corporate dystopia dressed up like a wonderland. The juxtaposition of shady business practices and egomaniacal upper management in a warehouse full of manic playgrounds is enough to drive you slowly insane and strip you of all creative impulse. No organization or initiative, so don't bother caring about a thing. It won't get done. Most genuine person on the property is likely to be a disrespected, undervalued janitor. Run by a small empire of caddy, maladjusted, emotionally inept white dudes who bully their way through the industry building a kingdom on the backs of talented peasants. For this reason, the place is awash in persistent paranoia and bone-crushing exhaustion. Disney-wannabe CEO runs around whistling along to a 12-hour loop of daycare songs blasted throughout the warehouse, presumably to assert his sad authority and enforce happiness on the sick environment. The result is pretty traumatic for any psyche, but especially for a creative with self-respect and goals. Throughout your workday chipper tour guides will blatantly lie to hoards of children about your job title. You are a toymaker! And dreams do, in fact, come true.
