Having worked in recruitment for several years I can honestly say that Invenia’s culture is so different from the vast majority of companies out there. Everyone is really friendly and genuinely cheering for you to do well. I started at the company during lockdown and yet the team did everything they could to make sure I was settled in and felt part of the team straight away. The management team are fantastic at leading by example, coaching without micro-managing and excessive KPIs, and there is none of the traditional recruitment “wall street wannabe” culture to contend with. It really is a fantastic culture and an amazing team to be a part of and that makes Invenia stand out from the rest. I really recommend Invenia to anyone who is looking for a recruitment role with more autonomy and trust.
