Pros
The engineering, QA, and support team consist of hardworking and collaborative individuals. They are (now were) dedicated professionals who always strive to deliver their best, despite the challenges imposed by upper management.
Cons
If you value your career, mental health, or basic job security, run as far away from this company as possible. In an appalling and reckless move, the company decided to completely shut down its R&D operations and laid off all workers overnight without even bothering to notify anyone. Imagine showing up to work and finding out you no longer have a job - zero warning, zero respect.
The clients? I highly doubt they were informed. Those using our services (or product) are probably in for a rude awakening when their support and services disappear overnight. The company’s leadership is beyond incompetent. Jon, our former CEO and now current Executive Chairman, is utterly clueless and has no direction for the future. Under his "leadership," we’ve gone through three different CTOs, and a couple of other C-level staff members in less than a year. That’s a clear sign of a sinking ship with no captain.
Let’s talk about company culture: it’s not just toxic, it’s soul-crushing. This place is an emotional black hole where innovation goes to die, and every decision reeks of short-term desperation. Financially, the company is on the verge of collapse, and the grand "solution"? Outsourcing everything to a foreign firm with no roadmap or plan in place, and with no one left to even hand over the solution. It's like watching a car crash in slow motion, except you’re in the car.
This place is a disaster waiting to happen, and if you plan to join or cooperate, you’re strapping yourself to a ticking time bomb. Stay far away, and be thankful later.
