No work life balance - expect burnout in the finance department
Company culture use to be good but it has lost it's way
Lots of unnecessary manual processes
Executive leadership has little regard for dept staff
Very little support for dept managers and the department they manage
Lower pay for high volume, turnover depts (i.e. Customer Service)
Little room for growth if you don't fit their idea of leadership
Progress moves at a glacial pace but department goals are considered time sensitive and little support is given to make this possible
Company wants to be "lean" and have small teams, causing overwork and burnout at the team level
Many employees are stressed and burned out and take medication or "behavioral" leave to address said issue
Intuitive practices "care washing" in which they say they have lots of mental and health resources for employees but in reality the company is causing those issues. They're the root cause because they're only interested increasing their share price since their DV5 launch and overworking their employees.
Several depts have been laid off with little to no warning
