Pros

Just got hired I start in 2022 I was originally offered a wage that was $5 above what I was offered on the contract. But the pay is decent, it is work from home full benefits so that’s nice. They’re really nice here. Everyone seems genuinely happy! I loved the hiring process, really smooth. The tests are pretty hard so be sure you know QBO before you apply. I have been using QBO everyday for about5 years and QBdesktop/enterprise for over 10 years and scored an 85/100…. I saw another post that they will hire you if you know someone that works there… wish I knew someone lol! I will update this after I start. I definitely am really excited about the opportunity and I am confident I will move up quickly. But we will see.

Cons

Hourly rate could be higher

Pros

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
