Pros
Flexible work schedule if needed. Good benefits and perks. Positive attitude on problem solving. Healthy business.
Cons
Lack of structure, process and strategic planning in business units. Extreme focus on tactical matters, with rewards tied to those. Impossible to do a good job in supporting roles (e.g. Sales Ops) due to lack of process and structure. Employees tend to play the company values card to cover inefficiencies in their work. Ratings are based on feedback, which is good, except feedback is often tied to how happy an internal customer is vs. how effective one is in their job. Large % of employees have been around for over 10 years, making change hard.
