Pros

Good health and dental benefits Stock is growing Conveniently located

Cons

Frequent restructuring Constantly pivoting under the label of "innovation" and "innovation catalyst". 2-3 pivots a year is understandable but anything more signals lack of coherent strategy and guesswork on what works and what doesn't. Managers retaliate on getting low AES. I was shocked to see managers discussing who has given negative rating or who made negative comments about culture. Managers have fired employees just to increase their AES and look good in the eyes of others. "Do the best work of your lives" is just a namesake catchphrase, my way or highway culture is prevalent. Directors and above do not like any disagreements. Frequent firings to shore up BUC. Earning high salary can put you in firing line. I am waiting for stocks to vest to make a move Intuit is a great place if you want to just keep your mouth shut, live in a halo chamber and do as you are told without voicing your opinion. It can be very suffocating and humiliating but hey money helps

Pros

Used to be a good company. Good people from that era that haven’t left yet or been laid off. Free coffee from baristas featuring local roasteries

Cons

Quite possibly one of the worse run companies. Last minute changes to appease the CEO, interlocks on interlocks with no one knowing who is leading and expecting finance to know everything, overly reliant on finance to make up for other teams’ lack, recent leadership and manager hires have been subpar and asking far too much of their employees. Everyone is burnt out. No more smiles. If the job market wasn’t a problem, I doubt many would still be there
