Pros

1. great opportunities take on huge responsibilities even just from the intern level. You'll learn very faster and deeper into different industries in this company than in a lot of big companies. 2. Being able to have detailed insights into investment projects and the investment consulting business itself, which is greatly valuable for future career path in the investment industry. 3. lots of opportunities to attend different social meetings and meet new potential customers to enlarge the business social network. 4. opportunity to build your social network outside of school as you will work with colleagues mostly your age from different universities in the UK.

Cons

The compensations may not be as high as what you will get in big companies. But considering the insightful views and precious experience you will get by taking on major responsibilities, the experience at IntroFund is totally worth it.

Pros

Essentially none unless you desperately need a boost in your CV. This company particularly targets non-EU students who are searching for a way to stay in the UK.

Cons

Very poor management with an MD who has no clue how to run a company. They offer 3 month internships with no compensation (that is illegal, by the way) and the quality of work assigned is extremely poor, often tedious powerpoints or writing market research reports that are plagiarized from other sources. If you are offered a full time position, there is no base salary and it is just pure commission - this is simply inexcusable, much less in an expensive city like London.
