Intrada has a fun culture and staff seem to genuinely enjoy working together and functioning as a team. There are nice perks and good company outings. There are opportunities to grow and develop professionally on the tech side of the business. Expectations for work output are high and the work is often rewarding.

Pay rates are commensurate with the Williamsport area, not the greater Harrisburg area. Joking in the office can be offensive at times. Expectations are sometimes not clearly communicated, leading to problems.
