A good place to work, with a great president and a team of very good subject matter experts. Lots of support from an empathetic and caring team who is there for you when you really need it.

The recruiter/HR guy is a bit of a blowhard who promises the world to potential hires, even if he can't deliver. He should be selling times shares or used cars instead of having the level of power that he has in the organization.

None to really think about now - Money?

The new CEO has no idea what she is doing. The company ran much better under Matt's leadership. It seems chaotic and super scattered. Random updates that make no sense, no real company direction, and no collaboration at all. I understand it's a consulting firm, and typically, people are on their own, but a simple check-in from "Leadership" would be nice. It's funny, the "CEO" claims to be a strategic leader, but the only thing I have seen is people leaving.
