Flexible hours. Lots of overtime for the taking

It's a lot to juggle especially at first because the training is good but you really have a baptism by fire when you go live on the calls. There's so much to cover and more to learn everyday on the job. Management is there to help but it's still hard when you need answers and have to wait for them and the client is impatient on the line. All in all it's a good job
