      Pros

      - A collaborative environment with a very smart team. - Many opportunities to grow your career and/or find your place. - A great culture. We work hard, maintain focus and get things done but also make time for company outings, group lunches, after work drinks etc. We respect our peers and people are generally willing to pitch in to balance workloads when needed. - Never a dull moment. In my many years I've never been bored by where we're at or where we're going. - Annual trip to somewhere sunny (Cuba, Mexico)

      Cons

      - Like anywhere, there are times when we've made aggressive commitments and that can be stressful. These periods are certainly less frequent these days but they happen.

      Thanks for the comments and the advice, anonymous. I agree with your view that we've hired the right team in the right roles to get where we are aiming to go! ...and I also agree that we must not become complacent. We are doing well, but still have room for improvement, and as long as we can keep reminding each other of that, we have a good chance of achieving something really special!

      Management treats you like you matter, open communication with management, meetings to keep company in the known.

      Pay could be better but overall great company.

      The freedom to work when you want

      Cons

      Low pay or no pay for work you did Unclear instructions and no response I completed several jobs for them and later they came up with whatever reason to justify not paying me for the work I did.
