I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your employment with us. I am sorry that your experience did not match our intention to be an organization that constantly provides feedback to team members, and creates opportunities and avenues for Professional Development. Periodic reviews are a great idea, and we have already taken steps to incorporate them. I think you make a great point about giving team members the authority to drive. I am disappointed to hear that you felt disrespected and/or unheard. We thrive on transparency and I would encourage anyone who feels similar to use any number of the avenues that we have for confidential feedback. I am certain that we will continue to grow and be successful with constructive input from valued team members.
