Pros

Not a single thing is right with this company. Toxic!

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. Work life balance is non existent. Managers protect their buddies even after egregious violations of policy. Culture is work work work until you can't keep your eyes open, get the job done no matter what, at the expense of your family, your safety, your sanity. Management talks a great game but does not back it up. Terrible culture. Seriously if you have ANY other options go elsewhere.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
