      Pros

      20 days PTO, flexible work time, sales in good. Has quite a lot of resources. Provide a stable job as the company quite needs enigneers.

      Cons

      Management is messed. The job is a little bit stressful. The company does not care about the feeling of employee and their career path, just care about revenue.

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
