      Pros

      Most employees were very good workers and a joy to be around. The work was never dull. Management does listen to you, and is somewhat flexible. It's a huge international company with a very nice diverse employee population.

      Cons

      Typical problems: Too much gossip, some lazy employees that pass the blame. Very old equipment that broke all the time. Computers running Win 98, ME, 2000. Very slow to repair or get new parts. Unrealistic expectations of how long the work takes to complete. Communication is a big problem. Don't expect Over-Time. It's extremely rare, but when it happens you'll be working 14 hr days.

      Pros

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
