      Pros

      Shift timings is the only good thing i could possibly say about this company.

      Cons

      While interview they'll give all the good insight about corporate culture and all the fancy promises like 5 days working, however once you sign the JD you'll be forced to work on Saturdays if you don't your manager conspire and do every possible thing to harass/bully you. They make you work on Saturday without any compensation. Your're advised to plan your offs for official holidays as well. On the top of it when it comes to your appraisals you get only peanuts by saying our site didn't do well this year.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
