Subjective opinion based on 1-2 UK branches workflow, not on overall corporation workflow (Maybe in other countries or branches are better situation). My branches managers are not interested in staff development, respectively no pay rises during years (Bonus scheme only for management). Favoritism and Nepotism, especially during promotion and interview processes. There are lack of attention to staff initiative and wish to develop. HR framework is inefficient, mainly directed to higher management and clients satisfaction, not to floor employees. Miscommunication between branches and departments due weak management control and undeveloped mid level managers skills (lack of education).
