Top management and “leadership” have no clue how to run a business. They tell you what you want to hear and then talk about you behind your back, you can’t trust anyone. The higher up you are the worse it is. They have no sense of direction, the local McD is ran better than this place! It’s the biggest waste of time to work here, just ask anyone who’s ever worked at Intertech for a few years. I’ve never been a part of such a poorly managed company in my entire life. This place is a joke. Be prepared to work for WAY less than the average pay you deserve. They will promise anything to get you in the door. They will not be around much longer at this rate....good luck!
