      Very fun place to work and great company culture. Ideas from all employees are welcomed - and there are no closed doors in the company - everyone has easy access to VPs and CFO and President

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
