      Insurance is ok, if they like you you can get by with anything.

      If you're a hard worker don't work here cuz you're wasting your time they do not appreciate it and you're just a number

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
